Dan Henn is the Managing Partner of MD Holdings and currently serves on the Board of Managers at Delasco, Nuance Medical, Neurobiologix and FactoryMation. Prior to forming MD Holdings, Dan was President of StatLab Medical Products from 2009–2016, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s strategic initiatives. In addition to his partnerships through MD Holdings, Dan has invested in and supported companies operating in diverse end-markets, including: Mission Veterinary Partners (veterinary medicine), Tactiq (retail-focused SaaS), HealthMark Group (healthcare IT and services), EMI-Porta (elevator parts) and MedCerts (online training). Dan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Harvard Business School.
Ryan Mack is a Partner at MD Holdings and currently serves on the Board of Managers at Nuance Medical, Neurobiologix, and FactoryMation. He previously served as Interim CEO of Neurobiologix in 2024 and Interim Vice President of Operations at Delasco in 2025. Prior to joining MD Holdings, Ryan spent nearly eight years in the University of Notre Dame Investment Office as an Investment Manager helping oversee the University’s $20+ billion endowment, including sourcing and managing private equity investments across buyout, growth equity, and venture capital strategies. Earlier in his career, he worked at a Dallas-based private holding company focused on acquisitions, financial analysis, and strategic initiatives. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
Steve Bosio is an Operating Partner at MD Holdings and currently serves on the boards of Delasco and Nuance Medical. Prior to joining MD Holdings, Steve was President of Ascent Brands/MarketLab, a family office owned portfolio of specialty distribution companies in the healthcare market. Under Steve's leadership Ascent revenue and EBITDA increased by over 140%. Previously he served as Director of Business Development for Brady Corporation with responsibility for direct marketing acquisitions in the Americas. Steve holds a BA in Communication from Seton Hall University and an MBA from the University of Hartford.
