Background
In August of 2019, MD Holdings acquired a majority interest in Advantage Surveillance, a leading insurance claims investigation firm based in North Carolina. After years of diligent service, the founder of Advantage was ready to transition into a new role. Together over the next three-years, we helped facilitate a transition that saw the original founder move from President to Board Member and introduced several initiatives that transformed the organization's approach to sales, operations, HR and more.
